ADS Talent has documented the cost of hiring staff and calculated your cost of recruiting versus ADS cost of recruiting for your positions. The Estimated Yearly Saving is the differnce between your costs and ADS. The difference is often refered to as a Return on Investment for our services.  The graph below plots the calculated results for a one year period, and outlines a client and ADS direct costs per month for all solicitation, selection, hiring and maintenance cost for the number of positions to be filled in the calculator on the left.

ADS hiring costs are fully encumbered by us during the Selection process.  Once a qualified candidate is selected and hired, ADS starts billing for our services and recoups our costs over time.  The ADS cost line depicts our direct gross margin. Salary or Tax Costs are not depicted in ADS Costs or Your Costs for comparison purposes.

Benefits are not included in the calculations; however, ADS Systems can provide a full benefits package to staff with the discretion of the client. Benefits costs are rough within 3% of client and ADS costs and simply add an additional burden to the calculated ROI.
